Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage Therapy by RMT
Prenatal massage is a type of massage performed by a Registered Massage Therapist, it aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. Prenatal massage is also customized to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and therapists trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly.
Required to be done by an RMT, 2nd and 3rd trimester suitable.

PLEASE NOTE - The couples massage when performed at R&R location will be in two separate rooms,
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese method used to relieve some health conditions and symptoms, such as pain. An acupuncturist inserts very thin steel needles into your skin at multiple “acupoints.” The needles rebalance your body’s energy, or qi, and prompt your body to release natural chemicals to fight the illness or symptom.
